COSHH Air Monitoring

The Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) Regulations 2002 (as amended), put a legal requirement on employers to control the risk of exposure to substances that may cause ill health to their employees. The first stage is to gather information to carry out COSHH risk assessments to cover the substances and processes in the workplace. Usually this requires an air sampling survey to measure the exposure levels via personal air sampling.

Workplace Exposure provides COSHH sampling using experienced occupational hygienists who observe and ask relevant questions and use sampling equipment that is fitted to workers for most of their working shift.  On the day we advise in brief on areas that need attention for you to get started before the full report follows a few weeks later. The report reveals the main focus areas on which to develop a strategy of action, using the COSHH hierarchy of control and practical solutions. Workplace exposure monitoring is made easy for our clients and causes minimal disruption to your production and provides plenty of information to help you control COSHH risks.
